I am a mature scottish lady living in St Clair (western suburb) with my teenage daughter . I Have a very clean, modern and spacious house with a beautiful entertainment/barbie area. Very close to rail, bus and local shops. 2 furnished and/or non-furnished rooms are available, one single and one double - which has its own entrance and toilet. Idealy suitable for a single person and also a couple, who are very friendly and easy going. Short stay for couples visiting Australia are welcome.
