A room is available for rent , on a House Share basis from Nov.2011, for 1 or 2 tenants or a couple. Non-smokers essential. I attempt to keep House as a smoke free zone.

Sharing Ground floor and Lower Ground floor which includes the garage (extra if available)and Laundry is limited to 3-5 weeks with Owner once or twice a year. Top floor is a permanent rental and not available. Excellent neighbors and existing tenant(s) tend house and pool when I am absent and are allowed use of pool an BBQ areas whenever arranged.
A single bedroom is tenanted on the ground floor and a room is available on the Lower Ground floor which has some kitchen facilities. Tenants to share Bathroom and Kitchen, Utility room, Dining and Lounge and covered Terrace on Ground floor, and Lower Ground Laundry.
Transport: Bus Stop 80m. 10 min intervals 2km to Gordon Station. 2km to St Ives shops.
Top Floor is a leased self contained unit with common entry.
New Tenant(s) approval, compatibility by existing tenant(s) required. Single parent with child has previously rented without any problem. Pool and BBQ areas are at pool and on Terrace. You supply gas and food.Neighbours in Cul-de Sac also share on request.
There are Kitchen and Bathroom facilities at the Pool.
Bedroom on lower ground floor is available at reduced rate ($190pw single or double + $90 per quarter services), due to the kitchen/bar being flooded in prolonged wet weather in Sydney recently, but not presenting a problem in dry weather. Owner investigating cause. .
