One bedroom will be available in fully furnished house in Sunbury from mid June (depending on how things progress at home though, so please contact me to double check), to share with busy professionals who are relaxed and easy going (we are, however, particular about cleaniness). House is very private with tree-lined garden and huge backyard, provides ample parking space (and storage), backs onto walking tracks and has super easy access to bus and train (hassle free travel to the CBD for those without a car). The room is very cosy with plush new carpet, quality new curtains, a bedside table (queen sized mattress available if you haven't got your own bed) and built-in robe for a tidy and responsible housemate. Ideally, you are someone who enjoy a friendly chat every now and then but also appreciate the need for personal space by the others. The house offers quality living with new furniture through out and second living quarter, which shall be for your exclusive use. Sorry but no overnight visitors (it's cool for friends to drop in for a chat but NO SLEEPOVERS).
Utility bills to be shared by all (free unlimited broadband). Rent start from $150/week with a 4 weeks' rent as bond (we'll do it properly with all the tenancy forms).
Cat lovers only need apply as there are two resident indoor felines: Toto the Ragdoll and Chacha the Burmese.

PS: just to clarify, ALL residents are required to pull their weight in and clean after themselves on a DAILY basis; Dishes, utensils and kitchen benches are to be washed after each meal so the next person has the space to eat / cook; The laundry floor is to be kept free of dirty clothes, so either turn the washing machine on or keep the hamper to yourself until you do a load; Rubbish bins are to be emptied when they are full, and I'm happy to draft up rosters so we all know who's turn it is; Personal items are to be kept personal and out of shared areas, and if you really do need extra storage space, we never park in the double garage so it's all yours to fill up. Sorry for sounding so mean but, the more specific we are with each other about rules and expectations up front, the less problems there will be further down the track when we are all living under the same roof.
