Our house is in a nice townhouse complex in Sunnybank Hills, close to public transport, shops, schools and uni. It has pool, bbq area, park area and tennis court.
As a townhouse, it's not huge, but it's of a decent size. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets. The rooms are decently sized too. Our last housemate had a king size bed in his room and still had room for entertainment unit with large size tv, shelves, etc. You can also put the third room to use if you have a use for it. We are just using it as a guest room.
The house has a private backyard and double garage that has been turned into a gym with treadmill, bench press, total gym, etc. There is also quite a large reference library spanning one of the walls.
We have high speed internet with unlimited downloads that is distributed throughout the house via a wireless router. Internet, electricity, water, etc are all included in the 190 per week rent.
You would be sharing with a caring and considerate couple with no kids. We are looking for a housemate that is trusworthy and pays the rent regularly.
