We are close to Sunshine Beach, cafes, shops, transport, schools. The room is bright and airy. furnished and shares the bathroom with me - there is a toilet and basin on the ground floor also. Kitchen is well appointed. Courtyard is lovely for outside eating and there is a BBQ. We are in a complex of 4 townhouses and share a pool.
You will be a working person, considerate, good natured and willing to share chores around the house.
I have an aging black poodle who lives inside. He sleeps most of the time and loves a pat.
