Off street parking for some, with more being created soon, (new fence and retaining wall being built) plenty of room to move and have space from others.
I own the house and live in Brisbane, but rent rooms out that we don't need and we are not there very often. 4 Bedrooms downstairs 2 with a/c ($190pw), 2 with fans ($160pw), share bathroom, and laundry / kitchenette - fully equiped.
Upstairs, huge double bedroom, with ensuite ($250pw), massive kitchen and living area with wrap around verandah's. Weekly cleaning included, All Gardening and maintenance included.
Stay short or long term, doesn't bother us. Non smoking please, pets depending on current tennant mix.
