Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a very friendly and sociable guy and love to go out occassionally, I love the beach and play the guitar/sax/piano. I also love meeting new people (don't know many out here yet, mostly family). I moved out from the uk 12 months ago, and am now living on the sunny coast. I would like to move into some better accommodation with more friendly people! I was working as an engineer in London, but 'fell out of favour with it' and have been unemployed but looking ever since for something new. Now I am studying to teach english as a foreign language and Im hoping to teach in Australia a bit before I travel with it overseas.
