Hi I have a 2 bed room flat in a duplex so no one on top of you, I. Anyway this is an older style so the room and lounge, kichen,, balcony everything is big and just been all renovated and painted right through........ there is two single beds in the room if someone is wanting I can put a double/Queen bed I;m across the road from the beach and 5min walk tothe dental part of grifin uni.think..I next door but one to Australia Fair....... It set back from the road so no traffic noise and you of course have al the shops, food places and pictures in Autralia Fair. lovely to cross over the road and go for paddle in the lagoon with out it being as crazy as the waves in. Although thats only about 3 stops on the bus...Surffers Paradise and the buses to the big Giffith uni ..... It will be 150 each including bills.I have added 8 photo's loads of times and I can't get them to save so if your interested I can email you pics.
