A good size furnished study room, available in a security appartment in centre of city next to central station, two level townhouse with nice yard, separate structure, 7 mins walking to Chinatown, UTS, Sydney Uni, close to supermarket, park and public transport. The room is at downstair and $170 per week now, no formal door but has cover at door area . Share the house with a couple with 12 months old baby ( living at upstair big room) and a working male( upstair small room).
