The building is fully compiant with fire and safety standards
as with all boarding houses in Sydney we have to follow a few basic rules regarding neighbours and room mates,
for example use of kitchen and garden areas is not permitted after 10pm, but don t worry,i t is a relaxed and friendly house and sydneys best bars and cafes
are very close!
Current occupied by a mix of young aussies and europeans, the sucess of the house is based on mutual respect and always cleaning up the kitchen after use.
The bathrooms and common areas are cleaned by the management twice a week.
A 2 week deposit and references are required.

These rooms will suit people who wish to stay for at least 3 months, and would suit well behaved, decent people who will appreciate that this is a large shared house and show respect to other tennants and neighbours at all times, while living in a friendly shared house. But its not a backpackers!
I will need references and 2 week deposits.
