Hi my name is shane looking to rent own room in an area close to public transport near the city. or newtown areas.

I am a realy nice guy and i respect others and their privacy and belongings as i require the same. I am available to move straight away as the lease where my old room was located ends this week.

a room with a bed would be excelent but not essential. i have some furnature in adelaide that i can send across at a later date.

Would prefer bills and internet (internet not essential) etc to be included in the rental price
