Preferred room and flatmate description

hi im Ben

I'm 25 and from Melbourne, i have been living in Sydney since the start of the year. My work got a big contract up here and offered a share house for anyone who was willing to come work in Sydney. To cut a long story short im sick of living with the most annoying chump in the world and im also sick of living with three people who do the same job. it makes it feel like you never leave work. So im out.. the company wont cover my costs but thats cool with me, im going insane.

im really laid back, i like having a laugh, i know when to leave people alone (unlike the people i live with). im a clean person and i respect keeping communal living space/s clean (however sometimes my room can get messy), I party when its necessary but not all the time and could not live with anyone who takes themselves too serious, i hate having any debts and i pay all of my bills on time.

My ideal situation would be to live with a guy and a girl, maybe two girls but i don’t want to live with heaps of dudes. Done it before and im over it.
