Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a 30 year old guy looking to live for 12 months in the randwick/coogee area as I'll be working at the Randwick children's hospital. As well as working I'll be doing quite a lot of study as part of my job so I'm very interested in how rowdy the place is. I'm a very laid back, easy going person and my current flat mates would say that I'm fun to live with and keep a tidy living space. I'm looking to move in early-to-mid January. Willing to spend $235 dollars a week or perhaps more if the place is really nice.
