Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm a 31 guy, studying English to take the IELTS exam and apply for a resident visa. I'm rather quiet and tidy, my friends describe me as nice, kind and easygoing. I've been living almost all the time in shared flat/shared house during the last 5 years, without any big trouble. I would prefer to live with Australian, European (but not French if possible) or North American people. I'd also prefer people rather tidy and clean (I'm ok to live in a bit of mess, but not too much).

I'm searching for a place in Sydney CBD, or close from there (max 15-20 min by walk). I need Internet connection (I'm IT engineer and I need to keep my knowledge up to date, by the way I can also help to fix your computer if you need ;-) ), and I'd prefer a place with if possible swimming pool and gym.
