Preferred room and flatmate description

My name is Kathryn, I'm 20, I study Naturopathy full-time, am very friendly and sociable. I am quite the organised/clean type very easy going and down to earth (well i like to think so anyway). My partner Kieran works full time as a fruiterer/labourer his interests include: the occassional beer, horticulture/bush regeneration, music, gaming, outdoors etc.

We are looking to find a decent size room the following areas preferred: macquarie park, Marsfield, Parra, North Ryde, Eastwood, West Ryde, Epping; furnished preferred (if not doesn't matter) and a nice, easy going, sociable flatmate to go with. We are looking to pay no more than $250, including utilities.We don't drive so we don't need a car space and we havnt got much furniture to bring apart from stuff for the bedroom.

We like a clean and healthy environment to live in. We are both smokers but stictly outdoors.
