Preferred room and flatmate description

Hey all my name is Becs i'm a 21yr old female looking for a room in manly, fairlight or queenscliff for the summer. I currently live in Cammeray, which is convenient for uni but not so much for work (at the Bavarian Bier Cafe on Manly wharf). WIthout the need to drive to Ryde everyday and working more often over the summer, plus wanting to be closer to the beach for summer, Manly/surrounding suburbs is the best option for me. I have lived in share accommodation before and am a considerate and respectful housemate. I pull my weight and am always on time with rent. I am a sociable and friendly person who is always up for a wine and a chat but will never go overboard or be inconsiderate with partying/noise etc. I make friends easily and do not have any weird annoying habits or psycho friends/boyfriend. I will always replace the milk if i use the last bit :) I am looking for easy going, relaxed and fun like-minded ppl that are easy to get along and live with. Ideally housemates would like to socialise and have fun, but the house wouldn't turn into a drop in centre come the weekend. Im pretty laid back and get along with most ppl so thats about it for my requirements.
