Preferred room and flatmate description

Looking for a room ~$550/month and under within 30 minute bus distance to Haymarket or Central.

I and another traveler is hoping to find a comfortable, fully furnished bedroom with a bathroom to share together. It should also have internet and all the basics already up and running. We are looking for a place to stay for exactly one year as we are on the working holiday maker visa (from california, US). The main purpose of our travel is to 1) Explore Sydney and 2) Find temporary work 3) Have fun!

A flat with students/youth population preferred :)
