Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a very house-trained and quiet living person looking to share in a quiet, leafy setting somewhere in the coogee, randwick, kingsford, malabar region of Sydney. I consider myself very easy going and quite sociable and outgoing in nature. I have my own home in Melbourne but am working full time in Sydney and should continue this arrangement for another 2-3 years at least. I spend my accumulated 13 weeks holidays either in Melbourne or overseas. I would prefer the flatmate to be over 40 years of age and professional. Either gender is fine.
