Im looking for a long-term rental arrangement, all areas considered. I am into the health & fitness life-style so a NON-SMOKING environment a MUST! I am a fairly quiet person & am exceptionally clean & tidy & I would expect your place to be too. I would need a little space to "store" my road bike & massage table. Im employed full-time with a vehicle so parking would be required. I cook, clean & fend for myself & have my own portable internet connection. I like to have the occasional drink & normally go out to indulge so do not wish to live in a 'party house'. I have references available if required. Look forward to hearing from you soon :-)
