Preferred room and flatmate description

Hey! I'm Hannah & I'm 22. I currently live in Brisbane, but will be moving back to Sydney Tues 17th Nov. I'll be working in Bondi Junction, and when I'm not at work you'll probably track me down at the beach, or hanging out with my grandma & brother. I also love a good gig or two, accompanied by a nice cold beer :) I read a lot, watch tv a little, am (trying) to write a book and love to travel and meet heaps of rad people :) I own a gorgeous, large, new fridge and also beautiful cutlery and crockery to go with it, however ironically enough, I can't cook to save my life. I've got a rad tv & sound system too..... I'm just looking for the usual qualities in a housemate- someone who pays their bills on time, won't trash the house with crazy party week in week out but isn't antisocial when people are around. Someone chilled, easy going that will catch up over a beer (or wine or watevs) but won't invade my space 24/7!
