My name is David and I'm an engineer from Spain. I'm going to stay for a year (probably) in Sydney making one of TAFE's courses (hope working too) since 3rd Feb. I'm quite easy-going and am looking for a place not only to live but a home (need to talk, don't want to live with strangers!!!!). Totally used to share a house so understand cleanliness and respect for housemates.
