we have a spare room (~15m2) in a nice, large Queenslander in a quiet backstreet in Taringa, Brisbane. The house has a large veranda (including a lounge!) and deck/backyard. The room has large French doors opening to the veranda. The house has high ceilings and wooden floors, a large living room, large study/dining room and a open kitchen. The house mates are a medical scientist (f, 22) and a med student (m, 28). The house is 10min from UQ St Lucia and a bus stop is 2min walking distance with buses to UQ, city centre and Indro.
