I am into art, music, crystals, gardening and the beach. I like to eat healthily and love to cook when I have time. I am an outside only smoker so the house is smoke free. I am a full time student and work part time. I have recently purchased a puppy, he's a Lhasa Apso. He was born 3/10/11. He's the first dog I have owned and I have been surprised at how easy and good he is. A great little puppy! So, I guess my potential housemate would need to like dogs.
I am tidy, quiet, enjoy the occasional glass of wine however I like a tranquil home environment and show respect and consideration for others. If you are house proud, environmentally conscious, and have a positive attitude then we will get along fine. I am hoping to find somebody of a similar age to me (30-55yrs) and am looking for someone who wants to rent on a more longterm basis.
