I have this fully renovated this house and there was absolutely no expense spared. Everything in this place is new... A short stroll down to the local convenience stores or an easy 15 minute tram ride into the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Located extremely close to stop #34 on the 'West Preston - via Brunswick St (Route 112)' tram line. The one tram could also take you to Latrobe Uni (Bundoora), Melbourne Uni (City), Pharmacy College (City), RMIT (City) and NMIT (Preston). The Thornbury train station is a 5min walk away too.
All bedrooms are greater than your average sized room. The rent is an all inclusive $210 per week (based on a longer term tenancy) in a fully furnished, no bills, internet access home very close to all forms of public transport and only a short hop into the city. I have employed a cleaner to come and clean the bathrooms and kitchen floors! I also have a gardener who maintains the property on a fortnightly basis! I doubt you'll find that service anywhere else!!
There are facilities for secure bike storage, if that's your preferred choice of transport. A very large yard to enjoy some quiet time outdoors.
