Looking for a fabulous housemate to share my comfortable home with me and one other!!!
We are a fun, friendly, social and clean pair and would like housemates who are the same. We respect personal boundaries and appreciate our own time and space too but also like to interact and would appreciate the same from a new housemate.
The house is in a convenient location close to the water - Only a short trip to Straddie Ferry, shops, transport, walking tracks and all other conveniences.
The other housemates is a friendly 33yo girl who works full time.
The main bathroom will be shared between the 2.
The room is big enough for a queen size bed - the house is fully furnished and a bed and bedside table can be provided if required. There is also a shed for extra storage if required.
