The opportunity is available for one person to share a 3 bedroom house in Toronto with a 25 year old, married friendly, quiet Christian couple. Husband is a local Australian who works full time, wife is Chinese recently studying at Newcastle Uni.
We welcome people from all cultural backgrounds.
Our house is waterfront to part of Lake Macquarie. The back yard is large. The house is an old 1940’s but is maintained. Interior is fully furnished and air conditioned. We have 2 fridges, one for our use and one for tennants use.
Double bed in photo can be replaced with a single bed for each room to make the rooms more spacious. (Both sized beds are available to choose from)
We drive to and from Newcastle university Monday to Friday from 8:00AM and pick up at 5PM. Any student staying with us is welcome to go with us. Alternatively we are very close to Fassifern train station and the 270 bus to the uni. Travel by car to Newcastle uni is 30 minutes.
Absolutely no smoking.
