This relaxed house is 2 minutes walk to the pub, about a 5 minute walk to Swimming and Surf Beaches and about 5 minute walk to main st. Looking for a easy going and relaxed house mate who likes to help out around the place. Have just done up a private great outdoor area with spa, bbq and outdoor seating, looking for someone who likes a drink every now and then and who does not mind a bit of nudity (with the spa I like to relax after a hard day at work with a drink minus the boardies) I am an outside smoker and have a 3 yr old staffy!
