I have a room to rent in my house in Trevallyn, Launceston. I am a female professional and currently have 1 housemate who is a male professional. We are both very laid back and easy going. The house is 3br with office and rumpus room (with a home gym), 5 min drive to the CBD (or about 20 min walk), 10 min walk to the Gorge, has spectacular views, and is fully furnished. In the room there is a QS bed with mattress, bedside tables, drawers and hanging space. This is not a typical share house as I live at the property. Unlimited wireless internet is included in the rent as is power and water (unless you use a ridiculous amount of it...in which case you have to pay for the extra!). We're not after party animals or anyone that can't look after themselves!
