Clean and spacious furnished room with own private bathroom, comfortable double bed with fresh linen and pillows, large built in robe with full length mirror has lots of storage space, air conditioner & ceiling fan, chest of drawers with shelves, laundry hamper, personal DVD/CD player, lamp. Bathroom has fresh towels, shower, bath tub, toilet and basin with mirror and cupboard space. The price includes breakfast. Computer with internet also available if you need to check your emails or book tours, etc. We are situated just ten minutes walk to Trinity Beach esplanade. The beach is clean and safe for swimming & has great facilities. Public amenities, outdoor shower, undercover BBQs, bicycles & watersports equipment are available for hire,take-away or dine in at a variety of restaurants. Just minutes in the opposite direction will take you to the shopping village with supermarket, bakery, post office, newsagent, chemist, medical centre, bottle shop, take away food & more. The bus stop is a few meters away from our front door with easy access to James Cook University, Smithfield Library and Shopping Centre, and on to the city. The price is based on 2 people sharing. We are a young and down to earth married couple with a small dog and a cat. Occasionally we have an extra dog or puppies which we look after for the local animal shelter. We love traveling and sharing stories with other travelers. We're happy to help you organize tours & car hire.
