Share with one other guy: there are two beds in a large room that has a personal wardrobe and desk. It is on the ground floor of a large town house situated on the corner of Bay Street, Broadway, just down from the Broadway shopping center. There is a bathroom / laundry on the same floor and extra living space upstairs, as well as a good-sized kitchen and outdoor area (see photos).
The housemates are from different nationalities and have made this into a stable and tidy place to live - which means, they always clean the kitchen and other spaces after use and even take turns to take down the kitchen waste and recycling. This is more like a home than a place for parties or drinking with TV (there is no TV), so it may not suit everyone. However, it is a nice place to live.
It is especially convenient to Sydney University and UTS, but also walking distance to Central Station and Chinatown. Also close to the cafes, restaurants, markets etc on Glebe Pt Rd. A great location.
