hi there, im wanting people who are clean, honest reliable, non smoking quietish, working and respectful of others space. One room has a small balcony with a new qs bed and bir and is $580 per month, the small room is quite spacious with bir and a double bed and is $550 per month. bills are split evenly between all who live there. Im easy going and enjoy the odd glass of wine, love to cook, i rarely watch tv, both rooms have a tv outlet , the bathroom is quite spacious as well. Im very near the breathe fitness gym and the uranganbowls club and 1km from beach.
