The House is modern and very tidy.The bedroom is a good size,it includes a Queen size bed and a set of bed sized drawers and another reasonable set of drawers,there is also a garage for your car.Can come unfurnished if you prefer,The house has a fabulous swimming pool which the owner cleans so you do not have to worry about that.Walking distance to Bond Uni.Very spacious home with a large lounge which is all very open, connected to the dining room and kitchen which you will be sharing with two guys.There is also a large study or spare room. You must be clean and tidy around the house and respectful of the other people.No drama or stress here all very easy going.Not a party house however we all enjoy a good talk and get on very well.You will be sharing with Tony who has been in the house for 4 years,professional and Steven who is in travel.Look forward to hearing from you.Bond is only 2 weeks rent.
