I am looking for a young professional who would like to share the main part of my house with a 25 year old male student/professional.
You would occupy the master bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) with walk-in robe and share the big bathroom and the living area with your house mate who is considerate, clean and tidy and very easy to live with.
We have a nice pool area and there is plenty of room in the house, on the big balcony and in the garden to chill out. Off-street parking is available. The property is in a quiet secure cul-de-sac in Reedy Creek. Bus, train and a Woolies are in walking distance. By car you can reach the Robina shops, Burleigh Beach, Varsity train station in just minutes. The M1 is close for a quick drive to the Northern and Southern suburbs, the beaches and GC airport.
If you are a clean and respectful person who likes space and a peaceful and quiet environment this place might be what you are looking for.
