Hi, how’s it going? My name is Tim and I'm a Civil Designer. I own a house in Warwick which is a 4 x 1 and I’ve done a lot of work (mostly inside) to it, so it’s basically like a new home. I'm only looking for 1 person to share with as I do like my space, so the other person will have plenty of extra space to store their belongings if need to. I have always lived with girls, so I find I get along great with them in a living situation. I love my fitness and play a lot of sport, so I'm constantly out of the house most afternoons. I also enjoy cooking (mostly BBQ's) and relaxing on the couch when possible. I own a little dog that mostly stays outside, but she gets on with everyone...you will love her. The house is 2mins from a major shopping centre, a 5min walk to the train and bus station and about a 10min drive to the beach. It’s also close to the freeway for you city workers and a massive open space for quiet walks. There will be no extra utilities charges and my house has foxtel, aircon and a pool for bonus comfort. Hopefully you can tell I'm a very easy going person and a look forward to having a great roomy.
