We have a decent sized bedroom available for rent, furnished with bed and builtin robe.

Relaxing two bedroom apartment including attic storage, modern cons, open lounge/kitchen with small courtyard. Sunny morning ocean views from kitchen, Foxtel with great entertainment unit and wireless internet access.

Socialable, clean, respectful, down to earth female to share with a couple. Would prefer short term here for a university semester or work secondment but are willing to consider long term for the right person.

We work mostly typical 9 - 5 hours in the city. In summer we are at the beach as much as possible or out with friends.

10 minute walk to the Bondi Junction one way, beautiful Eastern Suburbs beaches just down the hill. Centennial and Queens Park a short walk and Charing Cross village just around the corner. Close to many transport routes.
