We are a young friendly professional couple looking for a person to rent a room in our house. The place is a 4bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
You will have your own bathroom and toilet. The bedroom can fit a double bed and has a built in robe. Street parking available in a quiet family orientated street.
The house is 2.5km from a train station and close to shops, and bus stops. Electricity, gas and water usage is to be shared, internet is not included. Rent includes use of dish washer, dryer, washing machine and fridge.
To apply you must be clean and tidy with respect for others property. I have a pet cat so you must be animal friendly. Unfortunately I cant have animals here unless something small in your room eg fish bowl.
The room is available now to move into.
