All utilities are divided by the people living in the house. I have a cleaner the cleaning cost is divided by the occupants fortnightly or a cleaning roster can be arranged if that is not suitable. - I find a cleaner stops any animosity in the house.
I am a 32year old professional female, I am pretty easy going with few hangups. I love to have a laugh and generally it is at my expense. I am quite sociable but do tend to work late on week nights, I would like our house to be a home and not just accomodation.
