House is in West Wollongong, which is a nice quiet area, only a short bike ride to uni or city, 4min walk to free bus or for $1.60 a bus comes to the door. We are friendly postgraduate students, currently 2males . Rent is $130 for large room including internet or $110 for decent room. massive deck, downstairs entertaining/gym area, downstairs 2nd bathroom, massive backyard, barbecue area, beautiful views... I live in downstairs apartment and my dog lives in backyard, so must like dogs.
