It is a nice and cosy room and is kept cleaned always; vacuumed every week and so is the entire house and garden so you don't have to worry about living in an untidy environment. The room is moderately sized. It has another pull out bed underneath the top bed so two persons can live in the room. The house is at a very convenient location with a bus stop in front of the house and shops/restaurants less than 2 minutes walk away. Buses take you to Glen Waverley station and Monash University Clayton within 15 minutes, and Chadstone Shopping Centre/Dandenong Train Station within 30 minutes. Shops closeby are pharmacy, clinic, restaurants and Salvation Army for cheap buys of nearly everything! Looking for a housemate who is reasonably clean and tidy and respectable of everyone's privacy.
