Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, l'm a friendly professional female looking to rent out my large fully furnished spare room with built-in wardrobe. I would prefer a International student as l don't want any party animals. I'm good company but still like my privacy and would respect yours as well. My place is very comfortable with modern furnishings, clean and tidy. It's very close to the beach just a few minutes walk. The Uni is close by as well. Just a short walk to the CBD and train station. I'm happy to show you around the town and how to get to the Uni. There is plenty of transport available.
