Preferred room and flatmate description

I have available a bedroom in a 2/3 bedroom home in a beautiful area. The higlight of the house is sitting in the verandah having a feed and a drink whilst enjoying the serinity of the quiet street. I work fulltime but i do get lots of time off work on varied days. I am looking for someone that is fun, and is open for the odd spontaneousevening of a fire and a mini party, and someone that is clean and honest. I can have heaps of fun, but i also understand that everyneeds a little quiet time and some privacy. I would hope that my flat mate would be someone that becomes a friend and looks forward that next coffee down the beach. The house has two loungrooms so getting away from each other is easy, and that creats no fights over music or tv.
