The room is fully furnished with bed, sidetables, dressing table and portable hanging space and an opening window, also your own bathroom with shower and vanity. Share toilet. The house has wifi connected. You would have to make a contribution to power and internet and phone if you use those two facilities The house has an L shaped verandah out the front and a paved and covered pergola area out the back with BBQ and outdoor setting. Onsite parking is available also a hardstand space for a small boat or vehicle. The property is fully fenced with easy care gardens. Lots of walking and bicycle tracks along the ocean edge in the area. Please Note: Currently I have two little friendly dogs at the property so no more pets are allowed.
