This is a decent sized house and would suit people who are fit and active. We stay up reasonably late and get up early so if you have the sleeping bug or don't like music at night then don't bother living here i.e. save yourself the move.
The place has a large yard, Sun Room, separate dining room and living areas and modern kitchen. It is centrally located and is close to Gosford CBD and train station only 5 minuets and you can get to any beach on the Central Coast in less than 30 minuets if you have a car.
The place suits intelligent active types who are tidy and civilized with good communication and willing to contribute around the place.
