Hi, Since I am going back to my home country, my apartment is available to sublet for 2.5 months.
The apartment is located right at the center of Melbourne on Swanston Street. The building is right next to Melbourne Central Mall and opposite the State Library. It is well connected and has excellent access to public transport and various facilities. Melbourne Central Railway Station is at 1min walking distance and the building is located in the free tram zone, having multiple tram lines running from the tram stop. All facilities are available within 0-0.5kms (Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Big W, Target, Commonwealth Bank, Bourke Street Mall, and other shopping areas).
The building has various facilities such as a TV room, Study room and a play area (table tennis and pool table). The apartment is fully furnished (including a furnished kitchen). Paid laundry facilities are available on each floor and can be used at any time. The building has 24hrs Secured Entry.
The apartment is located on the 13th floor and has an excellent view of the city skyline from all its spaces (bedroom, living room and bathroom). There is ample storage for two occupants and is fully furnished.
The apartment is available from 26th November 2018 to 11th February 2019 - totally 78 days (dates are flexible within the period). It is available for one or two occupants, the rent is $360 per week (7 days) which is $1600 per month (31 days). Rent includes all bills (gas, water, wifi) EXCEPT ELECTRICITY (additional depending on use). Additional to the Rent, a bond has to be paid - which is equivalent to half months rent = $800. The bond will be returned the day you leave the apartment (if no damages are done to the property).
