It is one bedroom with a large study or small second bedroom, indoor and out door gym, 1 carspace + guest parking onsite(very reare this close to the city), a beautiful guest lounge for day to day use or can be booked for your private use free of charge. Directly opposite Albert park lake, the views are beautiful and St Kilda rd trams just a 2 minute walk away.
