I have a separate lockable bedroom that has a television, fridge, bed, desk, office chair, study lamp, pedestal fan, clothes cupboard, so that it is fully set up to move straight into. This room Is of descent size with lots of storage space.

You only have to share the kitchen, lounge area and bathroom only.

The rent is $180 per week. Your rent includes electricity, gas, water and super fast cable internet access. So there are no additional expenses. We also have a cleaner for the common areas and gardener who comes through and keeps the garden looking good, so there is no extra work for you to undertake.

It is just behind Suncorp Stadium between Musgrave Rd and Given Tce. There are bus lines which run along them straight to the city. It is about a 3 minute walk to Normanby Bus Station and very close to the shopping centres.
